In a heavy-bottomed pan add desi ghee and fry cumin, ginger, and some whole spices. Add the other ingredients in some time and keep stirring so it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Add boiling water and cover and cook for around 10 minutes. Garnish with desi ghee and chopped coriander and enjoy the simple delicacies for a quick meal fix.
